This Privacy Policy describes how we, Endeavor Retirement, LLC (referred to as “we” “our” “us,” or “Company”), collect, use, and disclose the personal information that we collect through the Navigator. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you visit the Company website located at endeavor-retirement.com or when you access and use the Navigator located at navigator.endeavor-retirement.com, and any related websites that we run, or that we collect through our social media pages (collectively, the “Site”), or when you interact with us through our email or social media campaigns. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect from employees or job applicants. Our products and services relate to U.S. benefit plans. Therefore, we do not collect or process information from residents of the E.U. or other foreign countries. 

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time, please see Changes to this Privacy Policy below.

Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal information to us on the Site, or through marketing channels. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect the following types of information:

  • Personally identifiable information of any benefit plan participant;
  • Social security numbers, pin numbers, driver’s license numbers, or personal financial information;
  • Education records, current or past job history, or performance evaluations;
  • Behavioral profiles reflecting your psychological characteristics, attitudes, intelligence or abilities;
  • Health information, biometric information, genetic information, behavioral information, biological information, or sensory information; or
  • Criminal convictions or offenses.

Cookies & Automatic Tracking Technologies

These code snippets read cookies set previously by social media company web content while you are logged in and browsing such content on those social media sites. Social media companies will not be able to sense if you are already logged into a given social media account if you turn off Advertising Cookies.

Corrections and Deletions

You may access and correct your personal information, and to cancel and delete your registration, by request to Endeavor Retirement, LLC at info@endeavor-retirement.com.  We will respond to any appropriate request to access, correct, update or delete your personal information within the time period specified by law (if applicable) or without excessive delay, and will fulfill requests to delete unless the request is not technically feasible or such data is required to be retained by law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting them at navigator.endeavor-retirement.com, at the login page for the products or services, or providing you with notice of the modification by email. We will indicate when such changes are effective by updating the above effective date. By continuing to access or use the Site after we have posted a modification or have provided you with notice of a modification, you indicate your agreement to the modified Privacy Policy. If the modified Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, please do not visit the Site.
